Janine Devaney, BVSc (Dist)

“Hi! I love my job as a small animal vet! Having graduated a wee while ago I have found my niche with companion animals. I really enjoy the challenge and variety that every day provides and the relationship that develops between owners, pets and their vets.” Janine is a born and bred Waikato lass raised on a Morrinsville dairy farm.  She graduated from Massey University in 1999 and has worked in several veterinary clinics around the North Island as well as working in England for 5 years before she joined Cambridge Vets in 2009. While Janine’s dream job would have been as David Attenborough’s assistant, for now she is passionate about providing quality care for our clients and their furry friends, particularly those of the feline persuasion.

Sarah Lee, BVSc, MACVSc (Path)

Edith has just recently joined the team at Cambridge Vets. She has arrived with family in tow from Rotorua and is enjoying the small town life that Cambridge has to offer. Edith has worked solely with companion animals throughout the last 13 years and loves meeting new people and their pets. Sarah Lee has rejoined our small  animal team, after spending about five years away, growing a family and enjoying her OE in England. Her main interest is pathology, and we are lucky to have someone who is a Member of the Australian College of Veterinary Scientists. In addition to her 3 boys, she also has a foxy and an old cat! You can see Sarah in the clinic on Thursdays and Fridays.
